Non Refundable

You are responsible to understand the nature of purchasing products at our site. The products that we sell are non-tangible irrevocable goods thus we will not issue refunds after the product license key is sent with the exception when the product does not seem to appear as described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned.
